SUSLA Signing Day for 3 Port City Jaguar Men's Basketball Players

SHREVEPORT, LA - Southern University at Shreveport is proud to announce 3 of our student-athletes, Tydrick King, Corey Blake and Stephane’ Raquil, all members of the men’s basketball program, the Port City Jags, will sign letters of intent today at 3 o’clock.
Tydrick King, averaged 28 points and 12 rebounds per game, is from West Monroe, La. and a West Monroe high school will be signing with Southern University Baton Rouge.
Corey Blake, averaged 19 points and 3 blocks per game, is from Lecompte, La. and attended Alexandria senior high school is signing with the University of New Orleans.
Stephane’ Raquil is an international student from France and will sign with Alcorn State University in Mississippi.
All 3 student-athletes are Sociology majors at SUSLA. Port City Jags, Head Coach David Francis, is always teaching the rewards and benefits of hard, consistent effort on the court and classroom.
