2017-2018 Graduation Application

The Registrar’s Office is preparing for May 2018 Commencement Exercises and has recently released the 2017-2018 Graduation Application for utilization and submission. The application is located on the Registrar’s Office web page at http://www.susla.edu/registrars-forms under the student initiated forms section.

Please note the extended deadline to submit the graduation application and degree plan will be Friday, October 13, 2017. The comprehensive 2017-2018 Commencement Guide will be forwarded to you at the end of the week.

You are strongly encouraged to pay close attention to the deadlines and make every effort to submit all required documents by the specified dates. Compliance with the deadlines will ensure that our office is able to plan appropriately for this momentous occasion.
