Computer Lab Rules
Sign In/Out when entering and exiting the lab
No food or drinks allowed. That includes gum and candy.
Loud or disruptive conversations are not permitted.
Do not sit on top of the workstation desks.
Do not change settings, turn off, or attempt to "fix" any computer
Do not download or install software.
Point-to-point file sharing of copyrighted materials such as MP3 files is not permitted.
Sexually explicit materials are not to be viewed, printed, downloaded, or saved.
Bring your own diskette or USB jump drive. The lab is not responsible for lost work. (Save often.)
Cell phone usage is prohibited in the lab.
Lab phones are not for student use.
Playing radios, CD/MP3 players, or internet music without the use of headphones is not allowed.
Preference will be given to students doing school-related work.
Violators will be asked to leave the lab.
Repeat offenders will be banned from using the lab and may be subject to suspension or other disciplinary action from the University.
