Student Affairs and Enrollment Management

The Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management at Southern University at Shreveport is a fundamental part of the total educational process committed to serving students and is designed to assist students both individually and collectively.

The role of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, in fulfilling the university's mission, is to keep the student central in all decisions and actions, enhance student growth and development, and assist in developing an institutional atmosphere which promotes strong citizenship, diversity and equal opportunity. This office also encourages students to become participating members of the university community so that they can gain maximum benefits from their college experiences.
