Certificate Type: Certificate of Technical Studies (CTS)

The Engineering Certificate program gives the student an introductory education leading to technical competencies in the fields of engineering and technology.

The primary objective is to give the student introductory fundamentals of electronics, technical communication, digital systems, and 2D/3D graphics, while preparing the student's academic career for STEM. The Program combines coursework and coordinated laboratory work so that graduates of the program will be capable of performing the variety of technical tasks demanded of them. The program is part of a larger associate of applied science degree program in Engineering Technology but can also prepare them for a degree in Engineering.
