Here at Southern University Shreveport Louisiana, we are proud to be one of two Universities in the state of Louisiana that have a Polysomnography Technology program. Our program is designed to develop the next generation of Sleep Technologist through a Hybrid Instructional Delivery Method that utilizes the best of technology at our disposal. So, whether you are a first-time college student looking for your place, a returning student looking for a change of major or someone who is looking for their next career, our program is designed FOR YOU! We have a team of experienced faculty with over 100+ years of combined experience in the field of sleep medicine. Our heartbeat is to be FOR the success of each of our students. With our highly interactive online and hybrid courses combined with our clinical internships, students will be well versed in the field of sleep technology and ready to pursue a career worthy of their talents and skills!
Once Students have completed this program, they will have obtained an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Polysomnographic Technology. So, come join the family of Sleep Technologist as we strive to make a difference FOR OTHERS!
