Tour FAQs

NOTE: Tours are not offered on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, Registration Periods, Mid-Term Week, Final Exam Week, or Campus Breaks (i.e. Christmas, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Mardi Gras, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day). 

• All tours are for an hour in duration.  
• Tours cover at least one mile of walking distance.
• Please note that our tours are weather-dependent. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we will need to reschedule for the safety and comfort of our guests. You will be contacted to select a new tour date.
• When you arrive for your tour, please report to the Leonard C. Barnes Administration Building
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour - tours start promptly at times scheduled.
• Dining is not a part of our campus tour; however, on-campus dining is available. Large groups must make pre-arrangements with campus dining. Please call 318-670-9489 or email recruitment@susla.edu  to make arrangements.
• Tours will be confirmed via email based on the requested tour options. Please wait for your confirmation.
