AGS General Studies: Pre-Allied Health
Associate of General Studies Degree in Pre-Allied Health:
- Prepare students for entrance into the following programs; dental hygiene, nursing, physical therapy, physician assistant, and radiation therapist
- Emphasize science and liberal arts courses that are required for transfer into professional programs at other institutions
- Fulfill the diverse prerequisites of professional schools in allied health areas
SUSLA has found that qualified allied health professionals are needed to respond to the increasing health needs of citizens in the state of Louisiana.
