Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician program gives the student an education leading to technical competence in the field of quality assurance.

The primary objective is to give the student a mastery of the fundamentals and knowledge of automated testing proceduresand reviewing, calibrating, and improving production efficiency and to prepare the student to perform quality control to meet manufacturing standards.

The Program combines coursework and coordinated hands-onwork so that graduates will be capable of performing the variety of technical and physical tasks demanded of them. The program is part of a larger associate of applied science degree program in Industrial Engineering Technology.
