1098-T Tax Information
All students are required to provide their Social Security number (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN) to Southern University at Shreveport upon request as required by Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations for Form 1098-T reporting purposes.
Students who fail to provide their SSN or TIN to Southern University at Shreveport, will be responsible for any and all IRS fines assessed as a result of a missing SSN/TIN.
All students will receive an annual IRS Form 1098-T, Tuition Statement, electronically from Southern University at Shreveport.

- Click Student Records
- Click Tax Notification
- Enter 2016 (or specific year)
Students, who do not consent to receive my Form 1098-T electronically, please email Tomeka Brown at tbrown@susla.edu and a paper copy will be provided.
