Roy Griggs School of Business Educates Students in Business Etiquette and Communication 101
Southern University at Shreveport's Roy Griggs School of Business recently held an engaging session titled “Business Etiquette and Communication 101,” presented by Erica Thomas, a Business Consultant and Etiquette & Professional Development Specialist.
This course equipped students with essential skills for success in professional settings. Participants learned effective communication strategies, presentation techniques, and proper dining etiquette, gaining valuable tools to confidently navigate real-world environments.
