Southern University System Foundation including SUSLA to Host Virtual "Million Dollar March", Annual Systemwide Give Day

Who:  Southern University at Shreveport (SUSLA) (a two-year institution within the Southern University System), Southern University System Foundation.

What: “S.U. GIVE DAY”, an annual systemwide call-to-action asking supporters to give to Southern University across its statewide footprint of campuses. 

When: Thursday, August 31, 2022.   Time: 9a.m. - 5p.m. CST.

Why: The Southern University System Foundation (SUSF) will be asking supporters of the Southern University System (SUS) to “Support Southern Today, Tomorrow, and Forever” on S.U. GIVE DAY - using a customized Give Day link online: https://su-giveday.blackbaud-sites.com. S.U. GIVE DAY is the final appeal for the Foundation’s annual “Million Dollar March” campaign, which seeks to encourage alumni and friends to join together and secure philanthropic contributions for the campuses and departments of the Southern University and A&M College System located in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Shreveport.

Where: A Virtual Event on Facebook live - Facebook.com/SUShreveport. SUSLA will make its appeal to supporters to specifically benefit students and programs at its campuses in Shreveport.
