Degree Type: Associate Degree - Concentration

The Psychology Concentration within the Associate of General Studies degree provides students with a broad academic foundation for understanding human behavior, development, and social interactions. Through coursework in general, educational, child, adolescent, developmental, and social psychology, students explore how individuals think, learn, develop, and interact within different environments.

The program also incorporates studies in sociology, communication, the sciences, history, government, and the humanities, helping students develop a well-rounded perspective and strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
