Dr. Aubra J. Gantt, Chancellor of Southern University at Shreveport, along with Mr. Aylwin Holmon, Department Chair- SUSLA’s Roy Griggs School of Business at SUSLA, and students from the SUSLA’s Roy Griggs School of Business (RGSB), visited the new Ronald McDonald House of NWLA to show their support to Mr. Roy Griggs, Ronald McDonald House Chairperson during the Ronald McDonald House grand opening.

Over the past month, Southern University at Shreveport has conducted several events and activities to promote safety and preparedness across the campus.

Dr. Aubra J. Gantt, Chancellor of Southern University at Shreveport, and Dr. Herman J. Felton Jr., President of Wiley University, sealed the deal on a collaboration between the two universities' Criminal Justice Programs.

Dr. Aubra J. Gantt, Southern University at Shreveport Chancellor, and members of SUSLA staff celebrated the incredible impact of advocates at the "Are You In?" Advocate Celebration, hosted by the Southern Foundation.

SGA Vice President Javarius Cooper, a dedicated student at Southern University at Shreveport, proudly represented SUSLA at the 19th Annual Port City Classic Golf Tournament, alongside supporters of the Southern University Shreveport Foundation at Crooked Hollow Golf Club.

This past weekend, Southern University at Shreveport (SUSLA) actively participated in the Cooper Road USA 25th Anniversary Celebration, showcasing the university's strong community presence and school spirit.

Last night, SUSLA's University Police Department lead by Captain Jeff Ivey hosted a fantastic National Night Out for the community to connect and have fun!
