Program Information/Restrictions

(Steps by step information for successful admission and timely completion of the program).

• Declare Dialysis Technology as your major.
• Contact the Dialysis Technology Department or the Allied Health office for advisement.
• Obtain your Application for clinical the first day of class, and complete it by the 10th day of classes.
• Complete the criminal background included in the application form by the 7th day of class.
• Complete the Health form by 30th day of class.
• Participate in didactic, laboratory, and clinical practice as scheduled.
