Rental Guidelines

To ensure a successful event for all guests, please review the following:

  • Rental requests are subject to availability.
  • Submission of a Rental Request does not reserve your event date.
  • A signed Rental Agreement and required payment are required to confirm your reservation.
  • Rental time should include event setup and cleanup.
  • When scheduling permits, MS KICK may accommodate early access for decorating or setup at no additional charge. Early access is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
  • Events serving alcohol or requiring security may have additional requirements.
  • Outside caterers must meet MS KICK facility requirements before approval.
  • All decorations, rentals, and personal belongings must be removed at the conclusion of the rental period.

How do I reserve the facility?

Complete the Rental Request Form below. Our team will review your request and contact you regarding availability and next steps.

Does submitting the form reserve my date?

No. Rental requests are reviewed based on availability. Reservations are confirmed only after a signed Rental Agreement and required payments have been received.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes. Outside caterers are welcome but must comply with MS KICK facility requirements. Organizations utilizing an MS KICK Member or Approved Catering Partner may qualify for Community Partner pricing.

Can I decorate before my rental begins?

When our schedule allows, we are happy to provide early access for decorating or setup at no additional charge. Because this depends on other facility reservations, early access cannot be guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

What technology is available?

The venue includes a multimedia presentation system with TV connectivity for presentations, along with a wireless speaker and microphone system for meetings, trainings, and events.
