Advance your food safety knowledge and become ServSafe Certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course offered by MS KICK at Southern University at Shreveport. MS KICK offers the ServSafe Class and Certification Exam once per month, instructed and proctored by a certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor.
