ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
Advance your food safety knowledge and become ServSafe Certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Course offered by MS KICK at Southern University at Shreveport. This nationally recognized certification is ideal for restaurant owners, food handlers, caterers, food truck operators, nonprofit feeding programs, and anyone working in the food service industry.
MS KICK offers the ServSafe Class and Certification Exam once per month, instructed and proctored by a certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor.
