Intake Process

The Kitchen Incubator functions as a business incubator, training center, and community space, all focused on culinary industries and health. We nurture small catering and culinary businesses which ultimately will lead to new restaurant and Catering start-ups, Bakeries, and Food Trucks.

The businesses will generate sufficient income to be sustainable over time once graduating from the program. MS KICK is more than a shared kitchen space, but it is a culinary business program implemented to help entrepreneurs advance their business to the next level.


The program is available to those who qualify. To start the process, please follow the intake process below:

PREREQUISITES FOR MS KICK

POST-REQUISITES FOR MS KICK

  • Contract with Signature from Chancellor
  • Commissary Letter – Provided by MS KICK Director*
  • Signed Policy and Procedures
  • New Tenant Food Safety Orientation
  • $150 Membership Fee
  • Health Department Permit
  • MPC Food Truck Vendor License*

*Food Trucks/Trailers only
