Training Program Policy

To encourage SUSLA employees to improve their professional and personal job related skills the University actively participates in the Comprehensive Public Training Program (CPTP).

The CPTP is a state-funded training program for state employees. Through CPTP, employees are offered management development and supervisory training, skills training for non-supervisory personnel, and training in specialized areas. All state employees are eligible to participate in appropriate classes with permission from their supervisors.

The employee pays no fees to take classes.
