The Department of Outcomes Assessment and Quality Management serves as a resource to faculty and staff in the development and review of annual institutional effectiveness plans and reports, provide guidance for annual program review, as well as to provide decision-support to the University community. This site is designed to help all assessors at the University—from beginners to the more advanced—to gain essential skills to conduct assessment and use the results.
