Southern University at Shreveport hosted Pink Paws on the Ground, celebrating breast cancer survivors with inspiring stories, musical tributes, and a candlelight memorial.

We are excited to invite you to the opening reception of "Chillin in the Garden" by Irene Gallion, exhibited at the Southern University Museum of Art at Shreveport (SUMAS).

Dr. Aubra J. Gantt, Chancellor of Southern University at Shreveport, along with Mr. Aylwin Holmon, Department Chair- SUSLA’s Roy Griggs School of Business at SUSLA, and students from the SUSLA’s Roy Griggs School of Business (RGSB), visited the new Ronald McDonald House of NWLA to show their support to Mr. Roy Griggs, Ronald McDonald House Chairperson during the Ronald McDonald House grand opening.

Over the past month, Southern University at Shreveport has conducted several events and activities to promote safety and preparedness across the campus.

Dr. Aubra J. Gantt, Chancellor of Southern University at Shreveport, and Dr. Herman J. Felton Jr., President of Wiley University, sealed the deal on a collaboration between the two universities' Criminal Justice Programs.
